Marlow Bull

Marlow has been helping others grow and tell their stories throughout their career. After graduating Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Chicago in Interdisciplinary Studies in the Humanities, Marlow worked as a ghostwriter of personal memoirs before earning an MFA in Acting from Columbia University. Their passion for mentoring young people in finding their voices led them to teach theatre, acting and public speaking at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst for six years. They also served as their department liaison for the Chancellor for Equity & Inclusion. During their time at UMass, Marlow coached students applying to grad programs who gained admission at top programs from conservatory acting programs to professional masters programs to Organizational Behavior PhD programs like the London School of Economics.

They subsequently earned their MBA at Yale School of Management, and leveraged their storytelling and applied empathy skills in a career in marketing at PepsiCo. While at PepsiCo, Marlow led major brand partnerships with NFL, NBA and MLB teams. They also took on leadership roles like the CMO’s counsel and the business-facing arm of the LGBTQ+ employee resource group.

Marlow’s approach is deeply rooted in listening to their clients’ interests and goals, and partnering with them in identifying and harnessing their own superpowers. Experienced at building individualized curricula, Marlow brings clear guidance, project management skills and communication to their client relationships.
