“What’s next?” – Emily always has her eyes set out on the next meaningful opportunity.
Driven by a desire to have many unique and fulfilling experiences, Emily always keeps a
lookout for opportunities that expand her perspective.
After graduating from Phillips Exeter Academy, she went off to Lafayette College but
soon transferred to Columbia University to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Across these three institutions, Emily has studied abroad in Spain and India while also deeply engaging in seminars on Latin American and African politics. She also developed a knack for youth mentorship and language learning, particularly Romance languages. Although Emily considers herself a global citizen, she always carries her native New York in her heart.
Currently, Emily is professionally dedicated to empowering diverse communities and
maximizing social impact in the non-profit sector. Most recently, she guided first-generation, low-income students through the college process, resulting in acceptances for national scholarships and to top-ranked colleges. She strongly believes in sharing her knowledge and talents to inspire others to search for something more in this world. With her love for detailed planning and research, along with a personalized touch tailored to each individual’s needs, Emily is excited to help students plan what’s next for them.
Recently, Emily traded the busy New York City avenues for the cool cobbled streets of
Sevilla where she works in education. After hours, Emily can be found relaxing on her
terrace while humming Bossa Nova classics.
