Regina Altaras

Originally hailing from Venezuela, Regina has over 15 years of experience in the consumer goods and pharmaceutical worlds.

Directly out of college, Regina worked as part of P&G Latin America where she was part of several product development global teams. Later, she transitioned to biotech and helped US-based Regeneron launch the first-ever product for the company. At Regeneron she worked in research, as a Marketing Manager, and leading the company’s efforts in new product planning.

Currently, Regina consults in Pharmaceutical/Biotech New Product Planning, helping clients develop marketing and launch strategies for new medicines. Who knows? Some day, one of these molecules may save lives.

Regina did her Bachelors in Engineering from the Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, holds a Masters in Science from Tufts University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia Business School. Off-hours, Regina can be found dancing into the night—and not just to Latin music, mind you. Anything, from Ballet to Techno, from the Finger Waggle to the Humpty Dance, from the Dougie to the Cat Daddy…all are fair game.
