Patrick grew up in Western Pennsylvania and stayed in-state for college. At UPenn, he studied Economics, with a focus on international economics and political economy, and English literature, graduating with honors and writing an award-winning senior thesis. Outside the classroom, he was a member of the Penn Glee Club and an after-school tutor in West Philly through the Community School Student Partnerships program. Since graduating, he has served for three years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Cameroon and worked in education and admissions consulting in Hong Kong and Dubai. His interests include youth affairs and culture, urbanization, education, and global English literatures.
Patrick has helped students get into some of the best schools in the country. Additionally, he has worked closely with students in need of financial aid and assisted families navigating the scholarship process. He works closely with students to discover their goals and desires for college and to craft an ambitious yet feasible college list full of great options for each individual student.
Throughout the mentorship process, Patrick makes sure to center the student and have their interests and goals guide the process. With a particular focus on curriculum selection and summer planning, Patrick seeks to get the most out of each student’s potential options while looking ahead to the college admissions process and the requirements of the application. When not consulting, Patrick enjoys going for hikes, watching college football, and indulging his love of politics and policy.
