Jennifer Seo

Jennifer is an experienced investment professional, and entrepreneur who considers herself super fortunate to have been able to turn two of her passions in life, investing and skincare, into careers – though not at the same time! She graduated with a Systems Engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania. After sticking around for an MBA from Wharton she then moved to New York City to start her career in the financial services industry. She enjoyed a long successful career in finance as a Credit Analyst investing in bonds at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and finally at PIMCO, at which point she made the move from NYC to utopian Newport Beach, CA.

Perhaps it was the perpetual sunshine or the ocean view from her seat on the trading floor that really ignited her entrepreneurial spirit, but Jennifer, together with her husband, eventually decided to leave the corporate world and launch ARIA Real Estate, a real estate fund investing in a portfolio of residential assets in Southern California. Following the launch and success of ARIA over several years, Jennifer officially decided to continue her entrepreneurial pursuit with her other passion in skincare. In 2021, she co-founded a brand incubator specializing in launching innovative Korean wellness and beauty brands into the US market.

Jennifer has been mentoring and advising students since graduating college, because she loves supporting and discovering what makes each student unique and special. She enjoys honing in on each client’s quirks, successes, and strengths, and cultivating their confidence to one day turn their pipe dreams into reality.

Jennifer is an east coast native currently residing in sunny Southern California with her husband and two young kids. Outside of spending time with her family, she loves roller blading, eating carbs (any carbs!), drinking red wine, and listening to cheesy pop songs and K-pop.
