After earning her BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and her MBA from Harvard Business School, Colleen found herself in many challenging situations: rolling up her sleeves in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, presenting a $500M business plan to the board of a top U.S. integrated health system, riding a motorbike to test the supply chain of a rural African health clinic, and even in the South Africa Office of the Presidency, implementing a data analytics platform to drive decision making. You know what they say – variety is the spice of life!

Colleen has built her career serving in both strategic and operational roles in the public and private sectors, including experience in management consulting, life sciences multinationals and emerging market governments and NGOs. She also has extensive experience working with social entrepreneurs to assess markets, identify opportunities, develop viable business plans, launch businesses, seek capital and develop exit strategies in emerging markets.

Colleen has a passion for helping people identify their unique motivations, talents and value. When she is not working, she is busy eating her way around the globe. A street food connoisseur, she is up to 38 countries and counting. She can also be found spending time with her lovable but at times needy rottweiler, or decked out in white and gold cheering on her beloved Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.
