The key to any kind of consulting engagement – admissions consulting or otherwise – comes down to strategy. We spend time here. We collect as much information as we can, drawing on experience and knowing where to look, asking the right questions, pulling on the right threads. We then carefully consider the end goals (short-term as well as long-term) and within that context, develop a battle plan that is pragmatic and most likely to deliver results.
