Email Support

We answer questions and provide support on topics that extend beyond the support that is already included in the Discovery phase, as well as the Essay Analysis and Feedback phase. Based on decades of experience, we include a handful of hours of email support (over the lifetime of the service) to cover all major needs and concerns. Additional hours are available for purchase for individual with correspondence needs that extend beyond the typical engagement, but are rarely necessary. We have developed this general rule around semi-limited hours to help ensure that our time together is focused and yields maximum impact.
