Are we paired with one consultant who we work with the entire time?

In short, yes. If you sign up early (Advanced Planning) and are fairly certain you’ll want to extend your service, we encourage to make that determination as soon as possible so that your consultant can reserve that spot on their roster. Consistency of consultant is as important to us as it should be to you! For application support clients, you will also have one consultant as your main point of contact throughout the entire process. We do incorporate an Essay Specialist into the process who collaborates with the consultant to edit your essays (in the background). The purpose of this additional editor is to ensure the highest quality of work. No matter what, your primarily contact will always be your point consultant to ensure a consistent, seamless, streamlined communication flow.
